By accessing or using the StreamHub Streaming service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing a subscription.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a subscription or using our free trial, you accept these terms in full. You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.
2. Service Usage & Restrictions
Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Resell, restream, or redistribute our Streaming service.
- Use multiple IP addresses simultaneously on a single-connection plan (doing so will trigger an automatic ban).
- Reverse engineer our network infrastructure.
3. Content Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee the permanent availability of specific channels or VOD titles. Channel lineups are subject to change without prior notice due to server maintenance and upstream provider updates.
4. Account Termination
StreamHub reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without refund if we detect abuse, restreaming, or violation of these terms.
